This makes the endpoint support experience more efficient as the helpdesk team or MSP will need only to click the end-user device in Cloud Remote Control website; and the service will then push a small piece of code to the user device to connect the service. At the end of the session, the code will automatically dissolve.
The system can also switch the WebSocket connection according to the load status of the server, while other functionalities can adjust the number of servers in use across the entire system.
